About the role

As a Financial Administrator in the Marketplace Industry, you will manage the financial operations for marketplace sellers, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and financial planning. Your role will include tracking sales revenue, processing payments, managing VAT and tax obligations, and ensuring financial compliance across multiple regions.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams to streamline financial processes, analyze marketplace trends, and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.

In the short term, you will:

  • Manage marketplace payments, VAT, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to support business growth.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial administration, preferably in the marketplace or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and financial regulations across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Bol.com, Walmart).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial operations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
